Our History

 

New formed in 2014 by Tim Watson, Integrated Financial Management aim to bring a fresh approach to accountancy and tax.

Tim Watson

Tim is a commercially focused Finance Director with substantial experience in a variety of business sectors, including Services, Distribution and Manufacturing businesses. Most recently, Tim has completed his Chartered Tax Exams and is a qualified Tax Advisor.

 

He has worked for group companies and their subsidiaries and in SME’s. Tim thrives on challenges and is constantly looking for continuous improvement. A clear strategic thinker with the ability to  identify and communicate business issues, but with a hands-on partnering approach.. He has a high degree of personal drive yet posses a strong team style.  Excellent communications skills and a natural team player with a distinct ability to gain respect and connect at all levels within an organisation.
