Our aim is to provide excellent service at competitive rates.

 

In order to do this, we need a good understanding of your needs and requirements. For this reason, we'll give you the first hour consultation at no charge. This is primarily to take notes and understand what you're looking for, and enables us to determine whether or not we are the best people to help you.

 

From our intial discussions, we'll give you a breakdown of how much time we think the work will take, and then give you a price, which we will fix. Should we need less time, we'll adjust the price in your favour, but if it takes longer than we thought, then we'll absorb any extra costs on our part. This is to give you a clear idea of what you'll be getting from us, and what you'll be paying for the service, so that you can make an informed decision.

 

At any time you are welcome to take your business to another advisor, but our sincere hope is that we can build a long-lasting business relationship.
